​​Originally from Sydney, Australia, I've called the UK home
for the past 25 years. For the last decade, I've dedicated myself to running Moral Fibre Food, creating and making nutritious, plant-based snacks that were available in outlets like Daylesford, As Nature Intended, Selfridges, Harrods,
and independent health food and farm shops.

​

This journey fuelled a deeper interest in nutrition's role
in overcoming health challenges, particularly my own concern with sugar consumption and my husband's
battle with prostate cancer.

 

As a certified nutritional therapist from the College
of Naturopathic Medicine in London, I specialise in personalised plans tailored to individuals aged 40
and above, focusing on health and wellness goals.

With evidence-based practices, I address concerns such
as chronic diseases and inflammaging (the process of ageing) including sleep and energy levels, digestive issues, weight management, osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes,

​

My mission is to inspire, encourage and collaborate with
you on a 1:1 basis using recipes, meal plans, motivational tools and lifestyle ideas to empower you to take control
of your well-being in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Jenny is a qualified Tring-based nutritionist with over 200 hours of clinical experience in providing personalised nutrition and lifestyle solutions
