Session time: 90 minutes Cost: £180 Clinic locations: Tring or Leighton Buzzard Support in between Payment in advance Sessions can be rescheduled if given at least 24 hours notice. During this session, I will take you through a structured questionnaire to assess your current diet, health challenges, and lifestyle. Together, we will formulate a detailed plan tailored to your objectives which I will email through to you. Additionally, we will schedule one or more 30-minute follow-up sessions, as necessary, to monitor progress and refine strategies. Expect a lot of support throughout this process.
