At 40, we are often busy, busy, busy with family,
friends and careers. We still think we're invincible
but something is telling us to take care of our health but we're not quite sure how to make the time or what to believe. Around 50, we have accumulated our fair share of wisdom. Finally, we have more time to focus
on ourselves. We want to be healthy and active, yet our bodies are changing. By 60, (if you're anything like me), you wish you'd known in your 40s what you know now.

How I can help you

We are all a product of what has gone on before.

 

For post-menopausal women, the loss of the protective oestrogen has significant effects on the body, such as hormone levels, absorption issues and bone density.
Likewise, for men, testosterone levels have begun to dip,

fat also redistributes itself around the middle, and prostate/ bladder problems can develop. We all want to do our best to protect ourselves against cancer, heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I've spent the past
25 years in the UK. Over the last decade, I've focused on crafting nutritious snacks and delving into the world of nutrition where I specialise in creating personalised plans, uniquely for you.

As a qualified nutritional therapist, my mission is to inspire and empower through lifestyle insights, recipes and meal plans in a supportive, non-judgemental space.
