At 40, we are often busy, busy, busy with family,
friends and careers. We still think we're invincible
but something is telling us to take care of our health but we're not quite sure how to make the time or what to believe. Around 50, we have accumulated our fair share of wisdom. Finally, we have more time to focus
on ourselves. We want to be healthy and active, yet our bodies are changing. By 60, (if you're anything like me), you wish you'd known in your 40s what you know now.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I've spent the past
25 years in the UK. Over the last decade, I've focused on crafting nutritious snacks and delving into the world
of nutrition where I specialise in creating personalised plans, uniquely for you.

As a qualified nutritional therapist, my mission is to inspire and empower through lifestyle insights, recipes and meal plans in a supportive, non-judgemental space. There would be no greater pleasure in
 helping you on your journey to wellness.
