You get a spare minute during the day and you check your phone. Next time, take some deep breaths instead - in for the count of 4, out for count of 6. Often when especially busy or concentrating hard, we forget to breathe and cortisol levels shoot up. Take that extra minute to breathe it out and calm the nervous system.
