We all know to do this but do we do it? I know when I'm finally in the flow on the computer or immersed in the phone, I don't even think about it. Consequently, eyes can dry out or the natural circadian rhythym is interrupted if working late into the night. Screen time can really take a toll on sleep patterns. Aim to look away every 30 - 60 seconds (check out that view, the cat, or what's cooking). Every hour or so, walk away, go loosen up that body!
